The main theme of the project was to find out the fear of women and visualize it. Since the project mainly focuses on the experiences that these women have went through or are going through on a daily basis (career, social life, internal struggles etc.) - the use of embroidery is intentional. Embroidery at it’s start wasn’t seen as a type of art or an important craft, mostly belittled because it was something women were doing.
